Web Assistant application

The objective of the Web Assistant application is to implement full electronic administration procedures relating to the administrative affairs mentioned below in favour of reducing administrative burden of the customers and the authority as well.

Using the Web Assistant application the customers can arrange the following services:

Administration of the Official Certificate of Good Conduct

  • application for the Official Certificate of Good Conduct
  • checking of the Official Certificate of Good Conduct
  • disclosure of information about data managed in the criminal records register

Vehicle administration

  • notification of the change to the vehicle ownership by the previous owner
  • vehicle temporary withdrawal from traffic / re-registering vehicle / prolongation of the temporary withdrawal

Personal ID card administration

  • notification and replacement of lost, stolen, damaged ID cards

Passport administration

  • submission of applications for replacement of lost, stolen, damaged private passport, second private passport, service passport and service passport for seamen issued after 1 January 2013; in addition notification of lost, stolen, damaged passports if it has not been done so far.

Notification of intention to settle abroad

  • the fact of leaving  Hungary with the intention of settlement abroad must be notified by any citizens subject to personal data and address register at any district offices and in addition notification can be submitted electronically as well.

In order to arrange most types of affairs using Web Assistant application Customer Gate login or registration is required. Before submitting application the Customer Gate login or registration is obligatory. The only exception is the checking of the Official Certificate of Good Conduct, which is available without Customer gate login or registration as well. Costs of services
