Budapest 5 February 2013. The electronic administration is based on the customer’s identification, which is followed by the actual administration. The aim of the new customer identification system is to provide a higher level of freedom for the customers allowing the use of solutions without (or less) burdening state budget and at the same time taking into account the market trends and new technologies. The authentic personal registers (incl. natural persons and legal entities) are supplemented with new elements, which result more efficient and cheaper solutions of identification, electronic connection and administration at enhanced guarantee levels.
By one of the outcomes of development we can decide if during our action with the administrative authorities and regarding our personal data administration we prefer to apply restrictive to permissive form of administration.. The still existing customer gate identification (username, password) will remain alive, but in addition it will be possible to use a higher level of security regarding identification services, such as the certificate-based identification. In the future we will be able to arrange our affairs by phone as well. We also may require systematic notification providing information on the use of personal data as well as that when and what kind of electronic affairs has been submitted by us.
To guarantee the legal security the consortium responsible for the project will develop the government certification service as well. This service will ensure the issue of certificates necessary for electronic signatures of persons and organizations acting on behalf of the state and as well as ensures identification, issue of cryptographic certificates and provision of qualified time stamps.
p>The "Full scale customer identification project" is an integral part of the objectives set in the Zoltan Magyary’s Programme for Development of Public Administration, thus it makes possible to reduce regional and social differences. The services will be available regardless of age and place of domicile.
