Book an appointment! - Change in customer services of KEKKH

In favour of more convenient customer services from 16 June 2014 (Monday) at KEKKH Personal Customer Service Centre (1133 Budapest, Visegrádi utca 110.) the administration on weekdays as well as weekends may be arranged solely by appointment.
 

Regarding personal documents appointments can be booked on website www.magyarorszag.hu, by 1818 phone number, by e-mail address: idopontfoglalas@kekkh.gov.hu, or in person at the customer service centre;
concerning motor vehicle administration customers can make an appointment by 06 (1) 412 - 64-45 phone number, by e-mail address: idopontfoglalas@kekkh.gov.hu idopontfoglalas@kekkh.gov.hu as well as in person at the customer service centre.

For drawing a serial number the identifier indicated in the appointment reservation system’s confirmation is required, so in order to facilitate smooth customer service management customers must take their appointment confirmation or identifier received in course of appointment made by phone. Serial numbers are available only 15 minutes before and after the agreed appointment. Unfortunately we cannot accept those customers who arrive more than fifteen minutes later than their appointment. It is important to consider that we can register only one application for one appointment, accordingly in order to arrange more documents simultaneously more appointments should be reserved. Regarding motor vehicle administration, a customer can arrange up to two affairs per day and for both administration procedures a separate serial number is required. In case of personal documents administration regardless appointments customers still should draw serial numbers to arrange the affairs as listed below:

  • passport issuance within 24 hours, 3 and 7 days, ex post urging of passport application
  • driving license naturalization
  • NEK-form application
  • data disclosure
  • official certificate of good conduct
  • information on personal documents, complaints
  • recalled customers
  • issuance of ready documents

In case of motor vehicle documents administration regardless appointments customers still should draw serial numbers to arrange the affairs as listed below:

  • administration related to OT license plates issuing
  • administration related to SP license plates issuing
  • administration related to yellow coloured license plates issuing(administrative issues concerning vehicles of road transport services, i.e. registration of the special – yellow coloured – licence plates, registration of holder’s and owner’s change
  • application for license plates “P”
  • application for license plates “Z”
