The expiration date of the customer gate login passwords has been amended by a Government Decree, so nearly 300 thousand users, who failed to amend the expiration date of their login passwords before 1 January 2012 can still access to their own customer gate even after 1 January 2012.

It is possible to pay the administration service fee by credit card if the client goes in person to any Document Offices. Administration is much faster and comfortable compared to the payment by “yellow” postal order. As further advantage payment by credit card in a Document Office is not considered as cash drawing, no transaction costs will be charged.
