Customer Gate registration is already available at the post offices as well

The “Post Office Agora Project” had been successfully completed at about 40 post offices, where from 1 April 2014 customer gate registration can be performed as well.
 
In recent months KEKKH as designated organization for customer gate database registration management had successfully carried out the related tasks. One of the most important features was - among others - sharing theoretical and practical knowledge with 110 post office clerks regarding customer gate registration as well as use of application supporting customer gate registration. Thereafter the IT field developed the network connection, so that post offices can reach the live UKAPU system environment, thus “on-the-job” education for post office clerks taking part in this training could start. The professional assistance on using supporting application of the customer gate registration is provided by the Public Services Support Unit and technical error-handling is carried out by the IT HelpDesk of KEKKH.
