Who may not pursue the activities of private entrepreneurs?
The following may not pursue the activities of private entrepreneurs:
a) persons lacking of legal capacity or having diminished capacity;
b) any person who has been sentenced to imprisonment by final court verdict without probation for crimes against public justice [Act IV of 1978 on the Criminal Code (hereinafter referred to as "Criminal Code"), Chapter XV, Title 7], crime against international justice (Criminal Code, Chapter XV. Title VIII), economic crimes (Criminal Code, Chapter XVII), crimes against property (Criminal Code, Chapter XVIII), until relieved from the detrimental consequences attached to prior convictions;
c) any person who has been sentenced to imprisonment for a term of over one year without probation for premeditated crime, until relieved from the detrimental consequences attached to prior convictions;
d) any person who is a member of a sole proprietorship or a business association subject to unlimited liability.
