My colleagues and me are pleased to welcome to the website of the Client Service Centre of the Central Office for Administrative and Electronic Public Services.

The Client Service Centre has been opened for the public as of 22 February 2006 at 55 Andrássy Street, Budapest. The purpose of its establishment is to provide equal access to the public services, popularizing e-administration and creating an unimpeded centre, which could serve as an exemplary solution further on, for the operation of e-Hungary spots and other client centres.    

In the Client Service Centre we offer Internet access to current users and future clients and they are given the necessary orientation concerning e-administration. We conduct the client-gate (e-gate) registration procedure, clients may start using the electronic administration facilities in the Document Service Centres, including the reservation of appointment dates and they may resort to the services of the Government Portal as well. Our colleagues provide information on the personal administration process, and clients also have the opportunity to orientate themselves about the contact details, opening hours and operation methods of the client services of the Document Service Centres, as well as to obtain the brochures supporting the e-administration, that are also available in Braille version for the blind and visually impaired people. Our website is unimpeded for all visitors.
