Useful information on starting up and pursuing activity as private entrepreneur

Where authorization by the competent authority is prescribed mandatory by law, not including the decrees of municipal governments, to engage in certain economic activity, the private entrepreneur may only start up and pursue the activity in question when in possession of such authorization.

Where an activity is subject to professional qualification, the private entrepreneur may engage in such activity if able to meet such qualification requirement.
Unless an exemption is provided by law, not including the decrees of municipal governments, if the private entrepreneur fails to meet the qualification requirements, he may purse such activities if there is at least one person among his employees participating in the activity in question under contract for an unfixed duration, who satisfies the qualification requirement.
